Difficult conversations are an inevitable part of leadership. Whether addressing performance concerns, providing feedback, managing conflict, leading through change, or navigating sensitive workplace situations, leaders must be able to communicate effectively while maintaining trust and respect.

This interactive session explores the powerful connection between emotional intelligence and crucial conversations. Participants will learn how emotions influence communication, decision-making, conflict, and relationships during high-stakes discussions. Through practical leadership scenarios, reflection activities, and communication strategies, attendees will develop the confidence and skills needed to manage difficult conversations with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
